Shipping on Worldwide Orders
Do note that your shipment is subjected to delays that might occur during the current covid restrictions, festive period or during customs clearance. Please refer to the Shipping Guide for estimated shipping cost and duration by country. We will dispatch orders within 3 working days after receipt of payment, after which a confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number.

Custom tax and duties (Worldwide Orders)
Please kindly note that your orders may be subjected to VAT, import duties and/or taxes.
Your packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on our orders and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Warranties and returns
All Communal watches come with a one-year warranty.
The warranty covers any manufacturer defects of the watch movement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear. Any manufacturer defects covered by our warranty will be repaired at no cost or a replacement watch will be provided. For repairs that fall outside this warranty, additional costs may be incurred. You may exchange or return the watch for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your watch. Watches have to be returned or exchanged with the original packaging.
